Hands-on Business Development Experience
Get involved in identifying and developing new business opportunities for analytics, AI, and data engineering solutions.

Client Relationship & Account Growth
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients as a key point of contact.

📌 Identify and develop new business opportunities for ORTECH’s analytics, AI, and data engineering solutions.
📌 Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
📌 Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industries, and partnership opportunities.
📌 Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in collaboration with the technical team.
📌 Present and demonstrate ORTECH solutions, including Alteryx, Tableau, Dremio, Cloudian HyperStore, and related analytics platforms, to prospective customers.
📌 Work closely with Account Managers, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery after deal closure.
📌 Track and manage sales activities, pipelines, and account plans using CRM tools.
📌 Achieve sales targets for both new customer acquisition and existing account growth.
📌 Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in analytics, AI, and data technologies to position ORTECH as a trusted partner.
✅ Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field with a CGPA of 3.0+
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management (Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply)
✅ Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels
✅ Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team
✅ Good understanding of analytics, AI, or IT solutions is an advantage
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is beneficial

Experience in selling analytics, AI, or enterprise IT solutions is an advantage
Familiarity with public sector procurement and tender processes is beneficial
