π Assist in monitoring software license expiry dates and supporting the renewal process.
π Help coordinate invoicing and follow up on payments to ensure timely collection.
π Maintain customer databases, update records, and manage renewal tracking logs.
π Support the preparation of customer success communications and basic reporting on usage/adoption.
π Participate in onboarding and client support activities alongside the Customer Success team.
π Document customer feedback and assist in internal process improvements.
π Learn about ORTECHβs solution suite (analytics, AI/LLM, graph analytics, etc.) to support customer communications.
β Students pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field with a CGPA of 3.0+
β Strong communication and organizational skills.
β Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM tool exposure is a plus.
β Eager to learn, proactive, and keen to develop foundational customer success skills.
